Born and raised in Jacksonville, this Florida native is definitely creating a genre of her own in the art of entertainment. Fifteen years of perfecting the craft of female impersonation, Stasha Sanchez has become a master mind in captivating her audience with her eclectic style, high drive dance moves, and innovative productions. Even from a young age, aspirations of “Stasha” becoming a household name, has been the demanding force behind her persona. Not content with mediocre artistry, “The Sex Kitten of the South” as she has been also known as, relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1997, to evolve her skills as an entertainer.

Over the past years she has conquered an astonishing amount of pageant titles to include but not limited to, Miss Black America, Miss Liberty, and Miss Black Universe. Stasha’s accredited popularity has opened avenues for her to be featured in mainstream magazines, ripping Fashion Runways, and opening for the Diamond Princess, Trina. Throughout all her accolades, her most monumental point in her career happened when legendary singer Janet Jackson selectively hand picked Stasha to be a leading lady in her “Rock Wit You” video. Another dream came true in May 2009, when Texas crowned Stasha as Miss Gay USofA, beating out competition from over 40 entertainers that competed.

Stasha has been prominently involved in community service projects as well as being a voice for the GLBT community. Stasha Sanchez has proven her point to be a headlining force to be reckoned with. It is without a doubt, that the best is yet to come.
